We’re proud to announce that First Strokes, our beginner rowing course tailored for the U.S., is launching with incredible momentum. With 120 participants already registered, the program is fully booked even before the first session begins — a clear sign that the demand for accessible, well-structured rowing experiences continues to grow.

First Strokes is the U.S. adaptation of our highly successful Zero to Hero concept, which has introduced hundreds of new rowers to the sport across Sweden. With this expansion, we’re taking a major step toward our goal of making rowing more approachable and building stronger communities around the sport — not just locally, but globally.

This launch represents more than just a new course — it’s a milestone in our mission to transform how people discover and experience rowing. We’re excited to be working with dedicated partner clubs in the United States who share our passion for inclusion, energy, and high-quality coaching.
