We’re driven by a clear yet ambitious mission: to reshape how knowledge is shared by helping clubs and athletes monetize their expertise through world-class learning experiences rooted in real-life practice, all at a fraction of the cost of traditional education.

Journey
Aneva was founded in 2023 by the Rapi brothers, two elite rowers who dedicated their lives to the sport and competed at the highest level. Ahmet, the older brother, even claimed a bronze medal at the World Cup in 2022.
Initially specializing in helping athletes develop in rowing, Aneva soon expanded its offerings to support not only individual athletes but also clubs looking to grow and attract new members.
In 2024, the organization adopted the official name “Aneva,” which means “level up” in Greek — perfectly reflecting its mission and ethos.
In 2025, Aneva launched "Grow Your Club", the world’s first full-service solution for sports clubs that want to take their organization to the next level by bringing in new members.
