The second edition of Zero to Hero, Sweden’s largest beginner course in rowing to date, has now been successfully completed. Over a four-week period, 130 participants took part in an intensive, well-structured training program designed to introduce newcomers to the fundamentals of rowing. Every participant completed the course and received a diploma as recognition of their commitment and progress.
The course was delivered in collaboration with a local rowing club and supported by a team of dedicated and experienced coaches. Their guidance played a key role in creating a supportive and motivating environment where participants could grow in both skill and confidence.
Beyond learning technical rowing skills, participants developed teamwork, discipline, and a strong sense of community. The energy and enthusiasm shared across the group contributed to a powerful learning experience.
We are especially pleased that so many participants have chosen to continue their journey by enrolling in the next step — our follow-up course, Hero to Legend — where they’ll have the opportunity to further deepen their knowledge and performance.
We are proud to have made rowing more accessible, and we look forward to bringing high-quality, beginner-friendly training programs to even more communities in the future.
