Our very first edition of the Zero to Hero rowing course has been a tremendous success. Over the course of the program, 60 participants took the opportunity to learn how to row — many for the very first time — and every single one completed the course and received their diploma.
The course was developed and delivered in close collaboration with a local rowing club and supported by a team of nine experienced coaches. Their combined knowledge, enthusiasm, and commitment created an engaging and supportive learning environment that helped each participant build confidence on the water.
Throughout the program, we saw remarkable progress. Participants not only learned technical rowing skills, but also developed teamwork, discipline, and a sense of belonging to a wider community. The positive atmosphere and shared motivation were central to the success of the experience.
Many of the new rowers have now continued their training within the club, helping to build a stronger and more vibrant local rowing culture. Their presence brings new energy, inspiration, and diversity to every session.
We are incredibly proud of the results and deeply grateful to everyone who took part and contributed to making this first Zero to Hero course so memorable.
